Subject:	Finance::Bank::Natwest patch.

Hi. I've attached a patch for Finance::Bank::Natwest which enables an RBOS parameter on the new call. This changes it to talk to the RBoS online banking system, which appears very similar (no doubt because they're both effectively the same bank). I've also got patches which enable ministatement and fulle statement retrieval, though I can only test them with the RBoS bits. Would you be interested in these? I need to check them with multiple accounts before they'd be ready for submission.
