Subject: Local vs UTC timezone mismatches
Function _gen_v2_date writes out each and every timestamp with the suffix "Z" (i.e., in the UTC timezone). However, the now function generates timestamps in the local timezone. This mismatch causes timestamps to appear incorrectly when viewed in KeePass.
