Subject: rxrx calls first perl in PATH
Unfortunately EUMM corrects a scripts' shebang only if it starts with #!perl or #!/usr/bin/perl, but not if it starts with #!/usr/bin/env perl. Regards, Slaven

This is by design. https://github.com/Perl-Toolchain-Gang/ExtUtils-MakeMaker/issues/58 has some background.
