The dist name for your Eve distribution is set to 'Eve' in the Makefile, and in the metadata (META.yml). But the release name was 'libeve-perl'.
Various services determine the dist name from the release file name, using CPAN::DistnameInfo.
Because the release filename version of the dist doesn't match the distname in the metadata, it can cause problems. I'm working the 170 dists that have this problem, letting authors know, to see if we can get them 'fixed'.
So your next release might hopefully be Eve-0.06.tar.gz :-)
