ppm gui command on windows 7 64 bits did'nt any more run :
got a window with the message "command line interpreter has stopped working"
Try to reinstall within a clean target directory , result identical.
CONFIRATION :
ppm version : ppm 4.17 (ActivePerl 1603)
perl version :
Set up gcc environment - gcc.exe (rubenvb-4.5.4) 4.5.4
Summary of my perl5 (revision 5 version 16 subversion 3) configuration:
Platform:
