Hello,
I think this is a bug, since I didn't get this problem when compare to URI.
I always use http://0:4000/ as localhost path and I found that when I new
Rose::URI,
with http://0:4000/ then I got http://:4000/. Maybe 0 as a host needed to
be escape ?
