Hi Paul,
The pod abstract for your module doesn't follow the conventions, and as a result MetaCPAN and search.cpan.org (and possibly other tools) can't extract an abstract for your module. This means that MetaCPAN doesn't present the module in the usual way, in search results.
The abstract is:
=head1 NAME
"Mobile::Location" - a class that provides for the creation of Scooby mobile agent environments (aka Location, Site or Place).
This should be something like:
=head1 NAME
Mobile::Location - represents environments for Scooby mobile agents (aka Location, Site or Place)
