Subject: new metric: local::lib included in dist
Yesterday I uploaded a new dist to CPAN which contained a whole lot of local::lib-installed deps (because I fkd up with Dist::Zilla...) http://backpan.perl.org/authors/id/D/DO/DOMM/OX-RouteBuilder-REST-0.001.tar.gz CPANTS still things the dist is perfect: http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/OX-RouteBuilder-REST we could add a metric that looks for directories like 'lib/perl5' and flag a dist as a potential local::lib-Includer...

This is probably because CPANTS ignores several directories including "local" for some of the metrics (because PAUSE ignores them when indexing), but yeah, it's nice to have one.
