Hi José,
The abstract for your module doesn't follow the current convention. As a result your module doesn't appear in the usual way in MetaCPAN or search.cpan.org, and other systems will probably fail to produce an abstract.
The start of your pod is currently:
=head1 Debian::Package::HTML
Debian::Package::HTML - Generates a webpage information (and Linda/Lintian checks) about a Debian binary or source package using HTML::Template
This just needs changing to:
=head1 NAME
Debian::Package::HTML - Generates a webpage about a Debian package including Lina/Lintian checks
