Your module doesn't have a pod abstract that follows the current convention. As a result it doesn't appear in the usual way in MetaCPAN or search.cpan.org. The abstract should be something like:
=head1 NAME
BSD::Jail::Object - OO wrapper around the FreeBSD jail subsystem
I don't have access to a FreeBSD system, but I'd be happy to do a release to address this, if you want to give me co-maint permissions. My PAUSE id is NEILB.
