The abstract for your module is:

QtCore is a library for working with Qt4 QtCore in Perl.
Following the convention, this should be:
=head1 NAME
QtCore - a library for working with Qt4 QtCore in Perl
As a result, MetaCPAN doesn't present your module in the usual way, and other tools won't find an abstract to present for it.
