Hello,
is it possible to modify this module to only search for existing users
by name and not by mail address? For various reasons, we have several
users here which share the same mail address, but must be imported into
RT as separate users.
I know this is a very special case, so I don't think it is neccessary to
include in the official module. I just need some hints what to change in
the module as I am not very familiar with perl in general and the
Request Tracker API.
