Subject: Useful plugins are bundled, that should be split out
There are some useful plugins bundled in this distribution that are useful outside of the context of an author bundle, that would do well to be split out into separate distributions. Alternatively, if they are not intended to be used by others, they should be removed from the PAUSE index and altered so they cannot be re-indexed. e.g. [VersionFromModule]; [MakeMaker::Custom] etc.

ArchiveRelease would be another good candidate to split into its own distribution.

This is especially advantageous given that this distribution does not currently install cleanly using the latest versions of Dist::Zilla and the toolchain -- so problematic modules can be worked on in isolation while not disrupting the installation of the other plugins that are not broken.
