Your module's doc has an abstract:
=head1 MooseX::Struct
MooseX::Struct - Struct-like interface for Moose Object creation
This should be:
=head1 NAME
MooseX::Struct - Struct-like interface for Moose Object creation
search.cpan.org and MetaCPAN don't find the abstract as a result, and other tools are probably affected.
