The abstract in the pod for your module is:

This should be:
=head1 NAME
XML::SAX::RTF - SAX Driver for Microsoft's Rich Text Format (RTF)
Various tools and services expect that, and don't find your abstract as a result. For example MetaCPAN and search.cpan.org are both affected by this.
