The abstract in your pod is currently:

Perl wrapper for the BuDDy C library
Following convention, this should be:
=head1 NAME
AI::PBDD - Perl wrapper for the BuDDy C library
As a result various tools and services don't find the abstract, and can't present your module in "the usual way". For example this affects MetaCPAN and search.cpan.org.
