Bug #93511 for Perl-Dist-Strawberry: Permission denied error

Hi team, I am trying to install Strawberry perl(strawberry-perl-5.18.2.1-32bit) on windows 2008 with 64 bit OS support. But facing some permission denied error as I have all permission from server team or have all access with us of server. Please see the screen shot for further clarifications. Kindly treat it as an urgent issue.
