Currently breaks dzil installs, due to https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=88991 and http://paste.scsys.co.uk/309603 Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Compile is much better :)

This must be in GETTY's Author bundle, I didn't realize it existed.

Yep, we can break the dist.ini up into all modules single and then remove it, i should remove it from the bundle too.
