Hello, I want install bugzilla and in requirements is also File-Flock. But when I install with bugzilla tool install-module.pl error is returned: Error opening 'MYMETA.json' for writing: Permission denied thanks

The same error may happen if doing the installation is done with CPAN.pm, but not on all platforms. See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=File-Flock+2013.11 , probably all UNKNOWN reports are caused by this problem. Solution: remove MYMETA.yml and MYMETA.json from MANIFEST and create a new release. Regards, Slaven
