Hi,
The pod for your module doesn't include an abstract. Various tools extract the abstract to get a summary for modules. The start of your pod should be something like:
=head1 NAME
Bio::App::SELEX::RNAmotifAnalysis - pipelined analysis of SELEX data
Without this, MetaCPAN doesn't display your module in the usual way, in search results.
