Subject: Devel::Cover declared as build_requires but not used
META::yml https://metacpan.org/source/JFEARN/XML-TreeBuilder-5.2/META.yml#L6 says 5: build_requires: 6: Devel::Cover: 0 7: File::Basename: 0 But I see XML::TreeBuilder being built successfully without. What gives? In some contexts this is unfortunate. For example does the cpan shell not install such a package and so all dependents of X:T will not be built and will not receive the attention they deserve.
