Your module doesn't have an abstract of the expected form:
=head1 NAME
Alien::LibJIT - install a copy of libjit for use from XS modules
As a result various tools won't get all the information they want for your module. For example, MetaCPAN doesn't display the module in the usual way in search result, because it relies on getting an abstract to confirm the module name.
