The HEAD and SYNOPSIS being on a different line means that various tools are unlikely to find things they're looking for. Eg MetaCPAN, which as a result presents the module sub-optimally in search results.
I realise you might not care about this module, so at least some of your options are:
(a) release a fixed version
(b) remove the dist from CPAN (there are no dependent dists, which surprised me)
(c) give me co-maint and I'll do a release
(d) do nothing
