The pod for Games::Go::AGA::BayRate doesn't include a NAME section, so MetaCPAN isn't finding an abstract. This results in your module appearing differently in search results (as a path rather than a module name).
Ie you need to add
=head1 NAME
Games::Go::AGA::BayRate - go rating algorithm for the american go rating system
or some such
