Subject: Add rationale to pod
Please add the rationale for this module in the pod. Compared to File::Slurp, the only difference users will see is a lack of features. I just stumbled upon the benchmark script, but most users are probably not going to notice that.

The rationale is "this module is not buggy as all hell, and actually does encodings right" -- e.g. see this ticket: https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=83126 I expect Leon was hesitant about coming out and saying that right in the documentation.

Indeed. I did put extra effort into optimizing for speed, but they reason d'ĂȘtre of File::Slurp::Tiny is correctness. Show quoted text

Hesitant in the sense of "I need to write a good explanation before making bold statements". Leon
