Subject: Contains modules that should not be indexed
PAUSE has the Foo::First, Foo::Second and Foo::Third modules indexed under your distribution. You should probably make use of the 'no_index' field in the metaspec, as described in CPAN::Meta::Spec.

I'm already using no_index. If you think I've done it incorrectly, pull requests are welcome.

You probably just need to use the 'reset version' and 'force re-index' functions at pause.perl.org, then, as releasing a new version without certain modules indexed will not wipe out the existing entry.

...which I cannot do for you in a pull request.
reopening, as it looks like a simple reindexing in PAUSE will fix this.
This remains a problem. It is described more fully at http://cpanold.chorny.net/?a=BDFOY, if you don't want to take my word for it (but you're a PAUSE admin, so I was assuming that you understood what was going on). The entries in 02packages.details.txt would be removed if you deleted Module-Extract-Namespaces-0.14.tar.gz from http://pause.perl.org, but a more complete fix would also be to drop permissions on those modules.
