First use Config::Any instead of Config::Any::YML to support more config
file formats. Second, support passing a hash reference to the
constructor with config values.
I'd further move initialisation from constructor to an 'init' method, so
configuration can be separated from initalisation, for instance to
modify configuration during livetime of the bot.
