Subject: _generate_BUILDALL doesn't exist in Moose sources already (from November 2010)
Hi, I saw sources and noticed that _generate_BUILDALL already doesn't exist I found in Moose's git repo that it was renamed to _inline_BUILDALL (commit e3225a0f6eb5e9fc6303a3f6109904b3ccfb2d86) and moved to Moose::Meta::Class

That's from code to support really old versions of Moose (pre 2.0). It doesn't hurt to leave it in, however.
