Subject: VERBOSITY handling
The code is currently blindly setting VERBOSITY to MEDIUM which is likely fine except for when the developer tries to set it to something else for VERBOSITY explicitly. For instance, if doing zero-amount authorizations the documentation tells you to set VERBOSITY to HIGH and this does not appear to be the only such instance. Current behavior results in the following being sent: VERBOSITY[4]=HIGH&VERBOSITY=MEDIUM

Thanks for your note. If you have a patch I'll be glad to apply it and post a new release. I would expect it to provide the default verbosity if none was provided to override it.
