The distribution comes with an slightly aged Test::Builder::Module
module shipped within local includes dir. Which is of version 0.98.
Current Test::More requires however >=0.99, which is however not shipped
along. CPANminus struggles here as the local inc takes precedence over
installed system includes and loads the 0.98 which fails Wight's own tests.
I suggest to remove it from package for simplicity as it can be easily
obtained via cpan itself and is most probably just an overlook.
