Subject: Template::Toolkit module is not indexed
Template/Toolkit.pod doesn't contain a parsable package declaration, so this module is not in the PAUSE index. Note that some things declare a dependency on Template::Toolkit (e.g. Task::Kensho::WebDev), which is currently unresolvable. Please could you add back in this package declaration to restore the module to the index?

This was apparently fixed in https://github.com/abw/Template2/commit/3afb4c1f7d7b0c123838f7fe3d17c804f4e522ae dated August 2015 only we did not have a release on CPAN yet. Can we get a new release?
