Subject: Overly-specific core requirements
Why does this module require specific minimum versions of warnings, utf8, and strict? It cannot build in Perl 5.10 or 5.12, but I do not see a reason it would not be supported otherwise.

This module is still passing in cpantesters for Perl 5.10, but you would need to upgrade utf8 and strict. The min version requirements came from a common build file I was using. But OK, I can lower them to zero version required. Would prefer to wait until I have another update before I do this. Regards, Kim
Fixed in 1.63. No minimum version number needed for struct and utf8 modules.
