I encountered this error occasionally with 1.03, upgraded to 1.06 and still hit it occasionally: The storable module was unable to store the child's data structure to the temp file "/tmp/ZYl4rJfLL0/Parallel-ForkManager-19222-19232.txt": can't create /tmp/ZYl4rJfLL0/Parallel-ForkManager-19222-19232.txt: No such file or directory at /home/tim/trunk/cpan/cpan-5.010/lib/perl5/Parallel/ForkManager.pm line 504.
