Unfortunately, this distribution hardcodes the endpoint as s3.amazonaws.com everywhere and this is not true for GovCloud. See http://docs.aws.amazon.com/govcloud-us/latest/UserGuide/using-govcloud-endpoints.html .

Resolved in v0.040 - you can now supply an endpoint attribute to the constructor (default is still s3.amaazonaws.com)
