I don't see how this can be a bug in Moo. There are a few issues here. First is that CPAN::Meta::YAML (aka YAML::Tiny) is emitting a warning that it shouldn't be. I've filed a push request to fix that. https://github.com/Perl-Toolchain-Gang/YAML-Tiny/pull/23 Second is that Scalar::Util appears to be broken on this machine. Third is that it is loading CPAN::Meta::YAML in a test that it has no reason to. These both seem to be something unique to the setup of the machine and not anything related to Moo.

None of these of the issues here are from Moo, but from the smoker's odd or broken setup. Rejecting.
