Subject: Insall patchperl fails
Installing patchperl fails, and the error message doesn't tell you what's wrong so I don't know how to get around it: $ perlbrew install-patchperl ERROR: Failed to retrieve patchperl executable. $

Also happening on my HP-UX machine. It is caused by the https download failing because there are no up-to-date CA certificates installed.
