The untainting code in t/54taint.t is broken:
$ PERL5LIB= /opt/perl/bin/prove -Iblib/{arch,lib} -T t/54taint.t
t/54taint.t.old .. Use of uninitialized value $envvar in split at t/54taint.t.old line 16.
t/54taint.t.old .. ok
