Subject: Allowing some dot files?
By default there is a hardcoded list of filenames to be skipped, i.e. dotfiles and files ending in ~ or ,v. Would it make more sense to allow some files or make the list configurable? For example, I want to include some sample config in share/sample-config/.myapprc or some sample htaccess file in share/www/.htaccess. Regards, Steven

I've just uploaded 0.06, which has $INCLUDE_DOTDIRS and $INCLUDE_DOTFILES which do what you want. Please let me know what you think.

Awesome, those two configs will do for now, thanks! Now I just need to nudge author of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MakeMaker to allow specifying the configs. Regards, Steven
