I notice that tests are failing pretty consistently for this, I could fix it, but how I'd do so depends a bit on whether you're going to continuing maintaining the module. I apologize for the inconvenience and the anxiety caused. I've been left the MooseX::Types::* modules untouched by reason that MooseX::Types::Parameterizable fails in its own tests with recent Moose. However, we currently have an another problem with an old test module (Test::Builder::Module 0.94) which Module::Install included in under 'inc' directory. I'd hasten to correct an unsuitable definition in Makefile.PL. cf. https://github.com/gardejo/p5-moosex-types-locale-country/commit/c530b9b81887e16d465aa8365c762d9dc3e434b8 I'll repackage the module (which excludes some test modules), and uploaded it as a new version 0.05 to CPAN. I've like to think the problem was solved. Thank you for all the information. P.S. thanks, my solution was going to be gut the Makefile and Module::Install and convert to dzil. I'll leave that up to you if you want to leave them in there, and are planning on keeping them going.
