Hello - Trying to install the binaries. ms_install.pl gives a syntax error at line 154 near "'')". I tried first on an old 32-bit Windows XP system, then on a 64-bit Windows 7 system (with . In both cases, the first thing I did was to download and install the latest ActivePerl, to which the latest Prima corresponds, 5.16.3. Rebooting did not help. I have used ActivePerl for years, and would rather not switch. I'd be glad to try some older version - my use will be simple - but I don't have a C compiler, so I cannot build from source. While I'm writing. I plan to eventually run my app on a Windows 8.1 tablet - hope that makes sense. Right now, all I wanted to do was to get the Hello World example to run.
