Subject: Old inc/Devel/CheckLib.pm does not work with perl 5.18.x
The bundled Devel::CheckLib uses the deprecated "for qw()" syntax, which does not work anymore with perl 5.18.x. Please upgrade to a newer Devel::CheckLib, at least version 0.9. Regards, Slaven

It is also an option to not bundle anything in inc/ at all, but instead add a configure_requires dependency on Devel::CheckLib.
