I am in the process of upgrading my RT from 4.0.13 to 4.2.1, and I'm finding the announcement box on the top of the front page isn't rendering properly. I can see only the text of the announcement, but the pretty "banner" it used to be in isn't there I'm not sure the js is working right. Is this a known issue, or is it just me?

Yours is the first report. We'll take a look when we get a chance. I'm guessing some missing or changed CSS if you want to poke around.
