I need to repackage a number of CPAN modules to ship with our commercial software and when doing so, I need to validate the licensing permits redistribution in unmodified form. I would assume this module is intended to be licensed under the same terms as Perl 5 (Artistic or GPL as desired), since that is how you chose to license your most recent module (DateTime::Moonpig). It would be helpful if you clarified this explicitly. Thanks

Thanks for the report. I will try to fix this shortly. However: I hereby place Async.pm and the other files in its distribution in the public domain; they may be used, modified, copied, or distributed without hindrance for any purpose whatever. Does that solve your immediate problem regarding Async?
