Hi Ruslan, After upgrade RT to 4.2 I see in logs messages like: Dec 6 13:02:14 localhost RT: [39777] The Mason component /usr/local/share/rt42/html/Ticket/Elements/EditCustomFields is deprecated, and will be removed in RT 4.4. You should use /Elements/EditCustomFields instead. Call stack: [/usr/local/share/rt42/plugins/RT-Extension-CustomFieldsOnUpdate/html/Callbacks/CustomFieldsOnUpdate/Ticket/Update.html/AfterWorked:1] [/usr/local/share/rt42/html/Ticket/Update.html:136] [/usr/local/share/rt42/html/Widgets/TitleBox:56] [/usr/local/share/rt42/html/Ticket/Update.html:141] [/usr/local/share/rt42/html/Ticket/autohandler:66] [/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16/RT/Interface/Web.pm:680] [/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16/RT/Interface/Web.pm:368] [/usr/local/share/rt42/html/autohandler:53] Maybe you can fix this, before 4.4 release.
