Table of contents is an eyesore

For the second level section titles, would someone please go through and edit them like the third level section titles. Looking at them on CPAN's website in the table of contents, it is an assault on my eyes. I have to scroll past the whole table of contents because it is "YELLING" at me. Please stop the noise. https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-pull-request By completing the work yourself and creating a pull request, a maintainer can review and merge your work in one click, making it highly likely it will be reviewed and promptly merged into a future release. You are welcome to wait for someone else to do the work, but considering the module is about 10 years old and it hasn't happened yet, it could be a while. Mark
