Subject: Author Tests Should not Be Run
Author tests, such as t/pod.t and t/pod-coverage.t should not be run in regular installs. If you look in your t/manifest.t, you'll see it skips the tests if it's not an author testing (i.e. RELEASE_TESTING is not set). I also gather it is a convention to place author tests to xt/ directory instead of t/

Hello, I've updated (0.07) with a better structure, cleaned POD, and a hash ref return. I've even tested it on several systems. Is using bigger libraries like XML::Hash::LX frowned upon? According to the CPAN docs, it was the fastest method to convert an XML object to a hash. Once again, thanks for your input.
