The full build log is available from: http://aws-logs.debian.net/ftbfs-logs/2013/11/28/libaudio-mpd-perl_1.120610-1_unstable.log A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute! About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures. <--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<--<-- Thanks in advance, gregor herrmann, Debian Perl Group

Testing with different versions of mpd shows that, all else being equal, these tests pass with mpd version 0.17.6 and fail with mpd 0.18. Could you update Audio::MPD to work with current versions of mpd? Florian
Thanks for the report. Indeed, mpd changed some default outputs. I've fixed that in 2.000 (you will also need to update Audio::MPD::Common to 2.001).

Thanks for the hint; having this version constraint in the metadata of the distribution might be helpful for others as well. Cheers, gregor -- .''`.
