Subject: Cannot Start New Page Number in New Section

MsOffice::Word::HTML::Writer is GREAT!!!  Solves many problems
creating Word docs from Perl.  But I can't find anything that allows
me to set the page to 1 at the start of a new section.  Is this a
undeveloped or undocumented feature?

Much thanks for your efforts!

Well , I had to do some MsWord research; I didn't know that the feature existed (resetting page numbers at a new section). By reverse engineering the generated HTML, it appears that there is a "mso-page-numbers" property that can be set in the section style. So I'll add this as a new option for the "create_section" method. Expect a new release within a couple of days. Cheers, Laurent Dami

Laurent, Thank you for your quick response and your actions to improve your code-- much appreciated by me, and no doubt by many other users to follow! My Perl script is so much better (cleaner, clearer, briefer) with your module, and the .doc files are beautiful. Thank you, thank you! Eric At 06:50 PM 11/23/2013, you wrote: Show quoted text
