Subject: pod tests should not run for users
Please mark the pod tests as skip_all unless $ENV{AUTHOR_TESTING}, or move them to xt/. They should not be running for users, as failures there (which do happen when Test::Pod* changes, and did happen for the 5.18 release) can cause installations to fail needlessly. thanks!
