That file definitely existed in the 0.00902 and 0.00903 versions, so I'm not sure what would have led to this. It seems most likely that it was an issue elsewhere, possibly the tools extracting the files. The dist has since been repackaged with more care over the archive format being used, so if there was an issue there, it is hopefully fixed now.
